How do we lock in our date and secure our booking?
Once we discuss your timeline and choose the package that best fits your needs, we’ll send over an online portal containing your custom contract and invoice. Your wedding date is officially reserved as soon as the signed contract and a retainer fee (typically 30%) are completed. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure dedicated coverage for every couple.

What is your payment schedule, and what payment methods do you accept?
We break payments down into manageable instalments:
Advance Payment: You need to make an advance payment for the reserve your date
Remaining Balance: You need to settle the balance payment at the beginning of the function
